Ganpati Bappa Morya (1)

Ganesh festival or Ganeshotsav is celebrated across India. This festival spans for 10 days. Ganesha, better known to the western world as ‘The Elephant god’ is worshipped as the god of wisdom and prosperity.

Ganeshotsav is celebrated with great enthusiasm and joy. Artistic clay models of Lord Ganesha are made for sale. On the day of the festival these idols are on raised platforms in homes and outside with beautiful decorations.
